Monday in Spain

No work today so languished around the flat with great plans in my mind to to a Spring Clean, had a little nap, had to be quiet because it's Ramadan and Mohssin is sleeping.  He had a late night with his friends doing whatever has to be done afte the day fasting - I know it involves lots of wonderful food.

Went to the Aquapark yester with Khyla and we had a fantastic time. I like the Black Hole and Niagra Falls the best.  Sore bum :)

Healthy life

Staying Healthy. Easier said than done, right? Getting lost in the maze of conflicting advice is easy though. I'm a bit long in the tooth now and finally beginning to think about Staying Healthy. But HOW? How to work through the maze of information and get what is really good for me. My brain was in overdrive trying to figure it all out.

Lucky in Love

I am so happy now. For years I have been hoping to meet Mr Right but............ I tried answering and posting ads in magazines and on line, I went on blind dates, I joined groups for like minded people but nobody I met clicked. I went on lots of dates and some of the men were very nice but that was it, they were just nice, not my soul mate. Yes, it's true.   I didn't believe it either.  I was just surfing trying to find a birthday present for my husband.  His wishes and my purse weren't on the same wavelength.  I just happened to hit

Credit fixed quickly

It's happened to all of us at one time or another, the money is shorter than the month.  If you can't repair the situation quickly you end up with a bad credit rating.  Fixing it is a real problem, at least it was for me.  I didn't know who to trust and those that seemed trustworthy wanted more money that I didn't have.

Vitality and Food

Small Busness Essential Knowledge

Moms Money

Pet Care Solutions

Pets, where would we be without them.  They are usually so giving and we should give back just as much.  Sometimes though it's hard to know how to take care of them properly. Language struggle

Physical and emotional well being

Loosing Weight
